While we waited for our whale watching tour, we walked through the Banyan Tree Park. The Banyan Tree was brough to Maui from India when the tree was eight-feet tall. It now reaches a height of about 50 feet and extends over 200 feet from side to side.
It was cool to see that one tree has now turned into I think 12. Standing by the original tree and looking all around and seeing all the trees connected made me think of a family tree. Amazing.
