Pump It Up!

The boys were invited to a friends birthday party last week. It was at a place called Pump It Up, where the boys as well as Kevin and I were able to race through an obstacle course and slide down some pretty fast slides. Hunter was not as excited as Kenyon to go down the slides, but had a great time watching everyone. Kenyon was our fearless one. He loved everything about the place, especially the slides. He could do almost everything by himself, except getting over one big wall in the obstacle course, so he was always running. Kevin and I had a chance to be kids again, which was tons of fun. We had a great afternoon with the boys.

Our Newest Pictures...

Last month we had another photo session at our home. The photographer was able to get some great shots, especially of the boys. Kenyon had a hard time at first but once he was given some candy to hold he smiled for the camera.

Family Vacation to Canada

Chelsey's family had a family reunion in Waterton this past weekend. Chelsey's Dad got a motorhome which made the drive not so bad. We had a great time together and enjoyed our week in Canada. We saw lots of places, people, and animals - especially deer. As you can see from all the pictures, we enjoyed ourselves a great deal.

Medicine Hat, Alberta, Canada...our first stop, was to see where Chelsey was born. We got to see the house they lived in, literally. The family that lived there had just moved in that weekend and didn't mind letting us walk through. We then drove by the church where she was blessed, and then the hospital where she was born.

Barnwell, Alberta, Canada...this is where Chelsey grew up. We went on a walk around town and saw where she went to school, her house, the post office, the church, etc. One of the family's favorite things is to have a TAK burger, but they were closed because of Canada Day.

Visiting Grandpa Anderson's grave...this was the first time Chelsey had been back since the funeral in 1995.

Party in Lethbridge...Chelsey's cousin Jim had FHE at his home and invited all those who were in Canada at the time over. The kids had a great time swimming in the pool and then the older kids had a water fight. We were able to see and meet most of Chelsey's Uncle Jerry's family. It was a wonderful evening of entertainment, food, and celebration.

Head-Smashed-In Buffalo Jump...the boys thought this was a great place to stop. Hunter enjoyed himself until he got to cozy with the buffalo and his eyes started to puff up and itch. Other than that, we had a great time.
