This past weekend we went camping up American Fork Canyon with all of the Utah Granges. I was a little worried about going after the recent Bear attack but I tried to put that out of my mind. The boys were really excited about going and sleeping in their new sleeping bags that they both got as birthday presents this year.
The boys had a great time playing with their cousins. Hunter was especially looking forward to roasting marshmallows and did so both nights.

On Saturday we drove up to Silver Lake and let the boys play in the water. Everyone enjoyed the little time we had there. The kids were all wanted to get in but we did not have swim clothes or even a towel with us. So they tried their best not to get really wet. Before we left to go back to camp, Britton, Hunter, and Kenyon had a little waterfight to get completely cooled off if they weren't already.

Uncle Cody kept the kids pretty busy during the days while camping building a fort. The kids thought it was pretty cool and had played by it most of the time.

While we were packing up camp, I was able to get some pictures of the cousins together. They were all pretty happy and loved playing on the big rock.

The good news is that the bear won't be attacking anyone else! It was on our news here. Most these Californians were more sympathetic towards the bear! Crazy Californians!
